Having a low APR (annual percentage rate) of 11.99% and no annual fee makes this card more attractive to the consumer. But be careful because that is thier prime rate which may change at any time. This could be between 11.99% and 18.99%.

The biggest perk of this card is the travel miles that the card holder can accumulate miles towards travel.
